Your First Appointment
Preparing for Your First Visit
To help us provide a smooth and comprehensive first visit,

taken during your appointment.

A detailed medical and dental history, including any
allergies and a list of all medications (both prescription
and over-the-counter) you are currently taking.

your first exam.
A Comprehensive Evaluation
What to Expect During Your Appointment
During your visit, we'll complete a comprehensive evaluation
that includes:
-
A thorough review of your medical and dental history.
-
An in-depth examination to assess jaw and dental bone health,
check for loose teeth, evaluate your bite, and perform an
oral cancer screening.

An assessment of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and
evaluation for signs of periodontal disease.
Our goal is to provide a clear understanding of your oral health and
develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
